Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply when you use USA Weekly Ads, including what the service is, what it does not guarantee, and how to report infringement.

Last updated: 2026-08-04

1. Accepting These Terms

By using USA Weekly Ads you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. We have kept them short and in plain English on purpose.

2. What This Service Is

USA Weekly Ads is an aggregator. We collect weekly ad flyers that retailers publish publicly and put them in one place so they are easier to browse and compare. We do not sell anything, we do not take orders, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a store.

3. No Warranty on Prices or Availability

Prices, offers, dates, and product availability shown in a flyer are the retailer’s, not ours. They change without notice, vary by location, and sometimes contain errors that originate with the retailer. We make no guarantee that anything on this site is accurate, complete, or current, and the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Confirm details with the store before relying on them.

4. Trademarks and Third-Party Content

All retailer names, logos, brand names, and product names are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer or brand featured here. Their names and marks appear only to identify whose weekly ad you are looking at.

Pages here link out to retailer websites and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their prices, or their privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and under their terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You may browse, read, and share links to this site freely. You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site in a way that degrades it for other people
  • Republish our compiled collections as if they were your own
  • Attempt to break, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure
  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or to misrepresent your relationship with us or with any retailer

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Weekly Ads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including a wasted trip to a store, a price that turned out to be different, or an offer that had expired.

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice as described on our contact page. We act on valid notices.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The revised version takes effect when it is posted here, and the “Last updated” date above tells you when that was. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. How to Reach Us
